I have a Celestar 8 Deluxe fork mount with PEC, solar, moon, star, tracking etc.  My question is regarding the two 9v batteries, when turning the power switch "on", should the LEDs on the panel light up?  I ask because when I use an external 12v supply and turn the power switch "on", the LEDs do light up, but again, the LEDs do not light up when JUST relying on the two 9v batteries.
