Hi to all.

I'm from Mexico and I do have plans to go to Houston, and be there the nights from the march 28th through April 1st. and I would like to join and star party if any during dose days.

You can ask these guys, Houston Astronomical Society. But it's all cloudy from now till the beginning of the month.

It isn’t a popular time for a star party - the Moon is waxing to Full during that time, with March 28th being First Quarter. 
 

But, good luck, enjoy it if you find one.
