I have an astro modified T6i camera and came across a local deal for some filters.  IR/UV and Baader narrowband (6.5nm) SHO filters and filter drawer. I live on bortel 3 skies if that helps.  I know I may not be ready for filters quite yet as I am still new just thinking this might be the next step.  Thanks.

If you have Bortle 3 skies you really don't need NB filter - at least not for start. IR/UV depending on optics (with lenses yes).

For a OSC camera you need duo narrowband filters. The SHO filters are for mono cameras.

Popular choices are Antlia ALP-T, L-Extreme, L-Ultimate or the Askar D1/D2. They are all Ha/OIII except for the D2 which is SII/OIII.

Even in Bortle 3 I would use these filters, look here.

Well you can use separate NB filters with OSC but duo or tri band filters are more practical and economical.

Would a NBZ filter be also on your list?

For me not really because of the wide bandpasses. But might be interesting for F2 telescopes.
