Sketch completed this morning at 1640UT (9:40 AM local), using my 102mm f/7 doublet, Baader Herschel Prism and solar continuum filter at 51x.
Skies were clear and temps are warming quickly, leading from seeing conditions that were above average when I started to just average by the time I was mid-sketch.
I'm still over-sizing the spots a little...I switched to a larger circle to try and help but all it seemed to have done was give me unconscious permission to make the spots larger....
Still, I'd rather be doing this than most anything else this morning....especially my taxes..
