Noob mistake. The front element is racked all the way out ( I don't like that, but ok ), and once outside, finished focus with the rear element, image is sharp, not sure about the crosshair tho'. Now, next question: has anyone re-foamed their case, to maybe fit the diagonal and/or finder scope? It looks tight, but possible maybe.
