I am stuck and confused

 

1) What is the difference between t mount and t thread?

2) What is the thread on the connector the SBI 1100. I ask because I have spacers and connectors that attach to this and I do not know if this is a standard connection. See image below.

"T Thread" is a M48 x .75mm thread which is a alternative thread to a T/T2 a 42mm x .075mm. I'm not sure if I've heard of a 'T' mount standard thread.
