Today Mars will transit over the Beehive Cluster. However sky will be cloudy from where I live, not mentioning the Moon at 94% tonight. So I took a few subs to test my new Ogma AP26CC yesterday.
I could have done a Comet stacking but I actually liked the sense of movement of Mars towards the Beehive cluster. Took me some work to align the diffraction spikes with the movement of the red planet. The background is dark enough, but there's some circular halo around the image that I need to investigate better.
