Hello all.

I’m new here. I started this account to ask for some help. I have an astroscope 9300VL module I’m trying to get the tube removed from. I sent it off to an installer to remove the tube and install it in a new housing so I can use it as an NVG instead of a camera adapter. Unfortunately they have hit a poor with it where they can’t proceed to disassemble it without concern of damaging the housing. I know it is an obscure unit for older VL type lenses, but do any of you have an idea of how to take it apart or who would be able to?

thanks

Are you able to provide pictures? I think the tube is soldered into the "Central Intensifier Unit".
