This meteorite is older than the Earth. It might be the oldest magmatic rock in the Universe.
All chondrites are older than the Earth.
It may be the oldest magmatic rock found on the Earth and maybe, just maybe, the oldest magmatic rock in our Solar System. But it is very hasty to think that it could be the oldest volcanic rock in the universe. The universe is very large and we only know of planets in 4000 systems, which represents an irrelevant part of the 100 000 000 000 solar systems that exist in our galaxy alone. Galaxy that is of course just one of the 1,000,000,000,000 galaxies in the observable universe.
100 000 000 000 solar systems in 1000 000 000 000 galaxies. That's a lot.
