I have finally finished editing my 18 video captures from the annular eclipse in Kerrville, Texas.  We had originally booked a hotel for Corpus Christi, but the forecast worsened in the days leading up to the eclipse, and finally, while driving over from Florida, I changed the plans and we diverted to Kerrville.  When we woke up on Saturday, the sky was actually rather cloudy and things looked bleak until about 15 minutes before First Contact.  From that point on, the skies were pristine, and that allowed me to capture this sequence of videos.  It was a wonderful eclipse (my first Annular).  The kids and the wife had a great time as well!  It was a great area and we already have a room booked for a return in April.

Great images! What scope and camera did you use? I shot this eclipse in white lite and I'm considering purchasing a solar scope and trying this in April.

Clouds were an issue for me too. I stayed in Hondo just west of San Antonio. I had to drive north of Vanderpool to get out of the clouds. I gotall setup 2 minutes before first contact. Chaotic but definitely worth it..
