Corner cuts have their own attraction among collectors. The etched Campo del Cielo here is 651g, the polished piece is 140.1g.

Those are fabulous, Lee!  I have one small 13.7g etched corner cut Gibeon Fine Octahedrite.  This image is from when I purchased it and you have motivated me to see if I can capture a better one sometime soon.

Imaging metallic surfaces is always been difficult for me. Most etches appear as gray, it's hard to capture a truly metallic look. Polished surfaces can look bright, or dark, or featureless. Outdoor illumination, in direct sunlight, seems to bring out the best in etched pieces, and the angle of illumination makes all the difference.
