Maybe? Doesn't look like there's a fusion crust and a couple spots make it look like sedimentary. Is it magnetic? Heavy? The fracturing also doesn't look very meteorite-ish.

Well... every rock had to come from someplace --- outer space might be a reasonable assumption, especially if it's just for personal display as a conversation piece. Tom

It is harder than i thought to make good photo's, and indentifying a rock from a photo is pretty hard to do. But this rock came deep out of the ground during sewerpipe replacing in the street. And there where allot of rocks that came out of the ground and the soil is of the ice age era that was deposited here in the area. The rock has alot of crystals and i thought of a diogenite. see photo example of NWA 14056 catawiki on the internet.

Well i cut it, but don't think it is anything. I has a nice vein running through it. And i checked with my local natural history museum depot and the stone has been deposited by a glacial moraine. The strange thing about this rock is that is has a very strong sulfur smell and what looks like coating of sulfur on the rock and it has patches of iron oxide crust formations.

It clearly came from the pits of hell.
I think there's a next to zero chance that this rock is of meteoric origin. But I do like your persistence and willingness to look twice at the common objects that cross your daily path. Who knows, one day you might really find something. Persistence combined with time tends to pay off.

I noticed that you named this thread "unexpected find?"
Are you looking for rocks in particular?
Have you unexpectedly found more rocks?
This is not the rockpile forum.
Are you purposefully trolling the forums?
