The weather is back and forth between clouds and clear, also from spring like 60s back to the bone chilling 20s. Welcome to Connecticut in another way to say it. 

 

I got 4hrs with my Ringmaker Nikon  , but just do a range selection and desaturate the rings to nothing in PI. 

 

Heavy crop here, lots of light pollution, including the near 100% Moon when I imaged this using my Newtonian (150mm/ F3.9), Half the image was destroyed thanks to our beautiful moon. 

 

I got a cheap Canon DSLR coming in the mail, not modified, but I don't need to modify it (yet) since I'm gonna use it as my APS-C -broadband imager camera. 

 

edit: I see a dust mote made its way in there, not calibrated out, oh well. The Fall of Rome was far worse problem.

You may not see it in this poor jpeg and compression, but trust me, it's there on the full image. If I stretch it harder, it's more visible.

If you click on he original image I posted you gonna see a shade difference dark/light-- the flats overcorrected somehow.
