I at times use different FL eyepieces and different colored filters for each eye in my BV when using my 130mm refractor. I have no issue with say a 6mm and 4mm mono for example. I suppose I am not sensitive to different magnificaitons or colors. Just fun as it presents a different experience when viewing Jupiter or Mars. I have not done that with my Mak-Cass though.

different magnifications for each eye may give you a headache?

Not that I’ve noticed, after 50 years I’ve learned to live with what I have…
