Hi all,

I used to consult the Atel from time to time for years.

Around the new year, or in late december - I can't remember exactly - I could no longer access to the Atel services.

Allways the same message, as seen in the screen below.

So I wrote twice to both Mr Rutledge and Mr Fox, a couple of month ago, but never received any reply. Since that time, nothing has changed and the Atel appears to be "out of order" from my computer's point of view.

I know this is not real :  Atel is still there, lurking somewhere between reality and twilight zone, some friends are continously able to read those famous telegrams.

My IP has been banished, it seems, I don't know why.

Is this a frequent trouble ? Is there a solution to this ?

Indeed, Atel is not really essential, and I suppose I can live without it ...

Nevertheless, any help / suggestion to get access again would be greatly appreciated !

Thanks in advance,

Christophe

Are you using a VPN? If so, try it without the VPN.

Thanks KuiperBelt. I don't use VPN. This is my real IP that is blocked.

Thanks Seymore. Good idea. I have tried with Edge, Mozilla, and, android via Goog, or samsung web browser, on my smartphone : i'm also blocked.

Thanks, Skylab. It appears I'm not blacklisted, the only exception being Atel.

The fact is, that could be a relatively frequent issue, as the case is already planned in the opening screen of Atel.

If only the editors could read an reply to their emails ...

Possibly inundated with spam on those addresses. You could try their work emails

Hello Robin !

Would be a pity if the Atel's helping adresses were inundated with spam, but you're possibly right.

I will try to contact them on those work email adresses and share the result here.

Merci de ton aide.

Clear sky,

Christophe

Robin,

All,

I received no answer from Mr Rutledge nor Mr Fox after writing to both, but it appears that the Atel is finally back on my screen since a couple of days.

Yeah !

Thanx Robin, thanx guys !

Clear skies,

Christophe
