This was My very first solar sketch using my new 50 mm lunt with the B 600 diagonal ,skeched on March 30th at 3:24 PM.

Using my cell phone & Finished in Photoshop Express..The solar prominence on the bottom Limb appeared to be a double. Hook And then it transformed into a massive loop. Amazingly, the prominance at the top  radiated out about 1/5 above the the Solardisk. And Appeared just Like The jet Being expelled from the blackhole.Residing in the elliptical Galaxy M-87. Which I have seen in my 28 inch. It also resembled old faithful.

Thanks for looking!

Clear Skies Always Jon

Old Faithful! Wow, what a sight that must have been! Great sketch Jon, it's incredible to the see the entire solar limb in beautiful and dramatic red and black, love those H alpha views! If this is first I can't wait to see more, thanks for sharing the views with us. The solar geyser!
