these pics didn't come through. These poped up as the data download started. I cleared each one to continue

Gday pgtuck
The warnings re PEC are because the old stored PEC model never got changed
to the new PEC formats in 4.2G
Just go to the "Setup > Telescope > Smart Drive" menu
Under that select RA PEC and do a factory reset
then select DEC PEC and do a factory reset.
That wil rebuild the file data properly and my app will stop complaining
More re your data shortly

OK, the data you got does not appear to be fresh after a boot
ie there is a big difference between LST1 and LST2, and that cant ( Normally ) happen
unless you have done an align and got a big error, or manually editied something
What i need is
turn off the scope
turn it on and let it fix
As soon as if fixes, and before doing anything else,
connect my app and run the Time/Locn test
Post the results
This will tell us exacly what status it is in on booting.

OK, you can turn the Smart drive OFF if you want as its not needed
All you needed to do was rebuild it to suit the changed data structure
and my app wont complain :-).
In the first screengrab, ( just after getting a fix ),
you see top centre the lable "GPS data valid"
This worked as the GPS was on and had fixed.
The second grab has wrong data from the GPS and the lable
says "GPS data may be suspect"
This is because you ran the update 30mins later and as such the
GPS had shut down, and needed a cold start.
That said, the last plot shows the correct local date time and UTC
and both LST1 and LST2 are identical, ie it got set properly
They normally only every desynchronise if you have a really bad align
or something plays with the system date after booting.
Soooo, just on a hunch, do you ever connect to it using NINA
( or any other app ) after getting a fix????
