It's heartwarming to look at pictures of people's joy at viewing the eclipse. Brings back all the feels from '17 when I experienced totality with my wife and 3 young children.

This was my first totality eclpise i was able to experience, and it while it was cool to witness this rare event, the reaction of my kids and wife were priceless. Just seeing them in awe of the wonder they were looking at was awesome

Agreed. Totality for me back in '17 was a zero sum game. Either I experience it with my wife and kids, or I don't experience it at all. It's not the same without having loved ones with you and that was my primary goal back in '17, to experience it with the love of my life, and our three children together.
