I know we all want others to experience the beauty of the total eclipse.
But making post's and comments telling people to not take pictures, or that taking pictures is a waste of time is ridiculous.
Also telling people that the way you enjoy the eclipse is much better then the way others enjoy the eclipse is also a very selfish and entitled attitude.
For me I enjoy the challenge of photography. That's my interest.
If you say that doesn't interest you and you are only going to watch with your eyes, great. I hope you have a great experience and you have an amazing day watching the eclipse.
What I am not going to do is come on this forum and make a post titled "If you only watch visually, your wasting your time: cell phone photos is where its at!".
Lets all keep in mind other people have different interest and that's OK. Try not to stomp on others fun by making negative comments or posts.
Everyone, please keep the great photos coming. Lets share our processing steps so we can all get better, and tell stories of our visual experiances.
This is a great community. Lets keep it friendly.
