Is there anyway of getting this setup in sharp cap to see the full moon? I seem to be stuck with it like this and having to move the scope all over.

Do you mean you can't fit the full disc of the moon in the camera fov? If so, it's due to the small sensor size combined with the focal length of the scope. I have an SV305 Pro that I use on my Nexstar 102slt. I have to use a reducer to fit the whole moon into the camera fov with only a 4" scope. My reducer is a .5x reducer dropping my 102slt to about f/3. With an 8" scope, you'll probably never be able to get the whole moon in fov with the small sensor of the 305.
