Hello,

I acquired a lot of data using LK's sharpcap tool.

2600-final-beth.png?width=960&height=720

I had multiple bursts for each exposure setting all throughout the eclipse.

I am trying to stack each burst in pixinsight, so that I can at least get some better SNR out of it when it comes time for me to make an HDR composite for the totality image.

Is anyone trying to stack the short exposure bursts? The moon 'shouldnt' have moved much or at all during those bursts since they are faster.

For the long exposures, like 1s to 4s?? I can understand those may not be stackable because the moon is noticeably moving.

However, if I have the very fast bursts of 10 shots for 2ms, 5ms, 10ms and 25ms, I would like to stack these.

I tried doing this in pixinsight using ImageIntegration, however there were some discoloration artifacts that I do not like. Please see below.

int.PNG?width=960&height=720&fit=bounds

Does anyone know what to do about this?

Thanks,

Dan
