Here is a link to a short clip (5 minutes 22 seconds) of totality from a 35-minute video I made during the eclipse with a video camera on a tripod. I was at my cousins' home near Indianapolis with two scopes set up, one for photos and one for observing visually. Observing was great, my pictures are so-so as I do so little solar photography. But one capture that worked really well is this video that simply places the viewer in that yard watching and listening as the sky darkens, the birds sing, then stop, and the tree frogs out come in a great chorus to meet the dark. And you hear us trying to figure out what we are seeing with the solar prominence and the planets. To me, in some ways, this captures the experience more directly than my pictures of the eclipse itself. Enjoy!
