The threads on this screw are partially stripped. This is the clamping mechanism for a set of tube rings. There isn't brand that I can find on the rings anywhere. It was a secondhand buy from an estate.
I was hoping to just replace the screw and not the whole tube ring set, but I'm having a tough time finding what it's called to find a replacement. I think it's technically a spring bolt and the internally threaded knob at the top end screws down on the bolt to clamp the rings together. The threaded bolt has a hole perpendicular to the shaft at the bottom so it can lever open and closed.
