Entertaining myself with the perverse idea of dropping one inplace of my powerseeker c80 objective.

Are such lenses commercially available?

Rob:

ED Doublets are generally only available in complete telescopes..  I have never seen or heard of a 80mm F/11 ED doublet.

The other much more realistic option is upgrading it to a 90mm f10, they use the same tubes, but I'm loathe to lower the cromatic ratio.
