Clouds made certain I could not catch that X1.45 flare by closing me down after only 11 minutes of captures of AR3697!  I started at 12:00 and the flare was just 2 1/2 hours later!  Still time though and maybe better conditions in store!  So here is the full disk and all of 11 minutes from 12:01 - 12:12 UTC in its calm period!  Oh, that filament made up for things a bit though weighing in at nearly 900,000 km if I'm reading the measurement tool correctly!
