Since it may shed some light on who APL was, I think including HOC in this discussion is very valid.

To add to the discussion, I picked these up this weekend from different sellers. Other than condition, they are identical..except the badge. The boxes differ slightly. The hoc has a metal handle where the apl is plastic.
