Hand controller for Nexstar 130 Gt is broken beyond repair after failed attempt to fix LCD screen. How can I determine if a new (ebay) controller is compatible? This unit has the old style telephone-type connector, not USB. 31132 labeled on the scope.

There are almost ZERO hand-controllers available anywhere for the GT mounts.  Unless yours was one of the newer ones that re-used electronics from the 4SE.  Good luck!

I don't know anything other than the number 31132 labeled on the scope, don't know how old or which version.

Hoping an older controller might be compatible.
