Hello.  I have found (from a lost family member) a Byers 812 declination assembly and a Byers 812-Tr in their original boxes.  It doesn't look like they have ever been used or taken out of the boxes.  Can anyone offer any advice on their usefulness or worth?

Thank you.

If you do a search on Google, there are a lot of references to the mount on CN.  You have a unicorn, nice find.

That is pretty exciting!  Edward Byers sounds like quite a character, RIP.  Any idea on the value?  Thank you for the info.
