If you saw my other post from this morning you know I struggled with seeing.  Made it difficult to find good focus.  This is a 10-image derotation from towards the end of my session this morning.  Best of the bunch and most of the bunch was rotten.  Europa is clearly seen on the disk about half way to the eastern limb along the boundary between the split band and the grey band.  Io is on the right off the disk.

Mars was almost an afterthought.  After trying to grab the double shadow transit I whipped over to get Mars as it is very close by.  I didn't even bother to reset the ADC.  Seeing was poor enough that not much of a rind developed.

I took 10 captures of Saturn while waiting for Jupiter to at least get above 10 degrees altitude.  This is the a derotation of the last five of these.

Unlike Kevin it's no skin off my nose how many threads you rip out Don...but I must say I feel exhausted for you! Seeing comes and seeing goes - mostly it's not good! ;)

I just hope Kevin knows I was just having fun with his previous comment. Early morning planets are better positioned for my site than evening apparitions. I’m on a routine at this point up at 3 and two naps during the day. Saturn is not cooperating however as it’s getting further from Mars and Jupiter by the day. I’ll keep at it as best I can. Traveling to New England the week from 8/20-27 so the early morning routine helps with the driving.
