Hi all,

I have been waiting over two months to get a reply on a repair of my ZWO ASI2600MC Pro. Since ZWO is being so slow I would like to find an independent repair shop. Google did not come up with any hits. Does anyone on CN know of an independent repair shop?

I would appreciate any help I can get.

So we know, what is the issue with your camera? Simon of ZWO is usually very responsive, it may be helpful to try reaching out again from the start.

The story is a bit complicated; I sent the camera in about 4-5 months ago for broken connections to a circuit board, and at the time, I noted that the sensitivity seemed to be low and asked Simon to have that checked at the time of board repair.  When I got the camera back the board was good, but the sensitivity was still low. On June3, I told him about the low sensitivity. Near the NCP I needed a gain of 200-300 for 20-30 seconds to see a few stars; before the board broke I was able to image stars in the same area at gain 100 for about 5 seconds.

It has been three months now and ZWO won't even tell me why they are taking so long, let alone issue an RMA.  I don't think I will buy any more ZWO cameras.
