Meade StarLock issue.

I have a Meade LX600 16".  I am trying to learn how to use this new StarLock it came with. I have hooked my computer up to the Starlock scope and I've upgraded the software.  I am now trying to view the image but when I hit the Watch button, I get an error. that reads "cannot open Frame buffer" (or something like that)  

Does anyone know what this error is about and how I can solve it?
