I recently got the Rafcamera M42x0.75 (T2) female thread to PVS-14 mount adapter for my PVS-14, and I've been using it with my Kowa TSN-88 spotting scope along with the camera adapter.
Now, I'm looking for a general-purpose 25mm lens (or something close) that can quickly screw onto the same adapter for walking around and wide angle shots. It seems I'll also need an M42 to C adapter. Does anyone have recommendations for a good lens that fits this niche, offers similar performance to the stock PVS-14 Carson lens, and won’t break the bank?
