Does anyone have any experience with the APM 2 inch DiagonalPrism for afocal on a 120mm f5 refractor?

https://www.apm-tele...oadband-coating

I have had sucess with the celestron 1.25 prism with my  pvs 7 afocal setup....just wondering if this diagonal would be good for nebula and glob cluster viewing. I use 12 and 5 nm filters for nebulae and 642nm for globs and galaxies.

Thank you.

Dennis

Just did a visual test tonight. This is what I used:

telescope= orion 120st f5 refractor

eyepiece= russel optics 52mm plossl 2 inch

focal reducer= 0.5x 2 inch reducer

filter tray with 5nm ha filter and 642nm pro planet filter

diagonal = APM 2 inch Diagona lPrism

Afocal with pvs7 wp harris tube.

Views were excellent with and without the focal reducer. Used the focal reducer for h alpha. I took off the focal reducer for the 642 for glob viewing. The views were excellent and without the side distortions I was seeing with the 1.25 inch focal reducer and 1.25 eyepiece.
