Using asiair mini with recat ii on AM3 mount with Pixinsight software

 

Trying to process rgb with dual narrowband HaO3 subs

 

Read Pixinsight allows auto integration withusing weighted batch preprocessing

 

How to set up narrowband subs to have metadata different than rgb?

 

My Seestar 50 codes filtered and nonfiltered files as LP and IRCUT 

 

Cannot find a way to set up narrowband without using a filter wheel

 

Also in autorun; bins 1 thru 4  - can they be used to separate lights as rgb and narrowband?

Short answer is you can’t. When I use dual band and rgb on the same target I set up the exposure tolerance in WBPP to keep the files separated. I also use the keyword ability in folder names to help. So I might have a folder named Filter_RGB_Group_Set1 and Filter_DB_Group_Set1 and set Filter and Group as keywords in WBPP.
