Both CSC and jetstream forecasts were favorable last night but the turbulence turned out to be the high-frequency type, with very short steady periods. I think the 40 deg altitude is really to blame here... Quite hard to focus very precisely, which ruined most of the captures. hopefully there will be better opportunities later this week.

14.5" Dob, ASI585MC, ZWO ADC APM2.7X barlow  @ 0.12 arcsec/pixel (~40 deg altitude). OnstepX with FYSTECE4 (tracking/focusing/field derotation)

Really like the colors here. These are the colors I associate with Saturn. Great job.

Thanks, "accurate" Saturn color rendition is a matter of hot debate in the AM forums so I won't dwelve into the topic. I just boost the saturation in PS in order to get the warm yellow/gold color of the equatorial belt, making sure that there is no green or blue hue added in the process. Usually my reference is this rendition by the Cassini team, although it captures a specific moment in time, and obviously there are seasonal variations in the cloud colors.
