You are pretty much guaranteed to see the aurora borealis tonight in your state-   remember to set your cell phone camera to night shot -

I finally saw with my very own eyes an Aurora in south east England.

Not "amazing", but when you've never seen one before - more than amazing!

 

No awards here - hand held mobile phone 8s shots on top of a sturdy stick

It was easily seen with the naked eye.
