ZWO ASI2600MC Pro / TSOptics CF 90/F6 + 0.8xFR

ZWO ASI120MC-S / ASTOptics 30/f4 mini guide scope

Skywatcher EQ6R Pro, PHD2 guiding and dithering

APT, Siril, Photoshop, StarXterminator, NoiseXterminator, BlurXterminator, PixInsight, Sharpcap pro

Bortle 5

I had a lot of fun processing this object. It consists of 27h L-Ultimate and 27h IDAS NB3 with 300s subs. The stars were shot without filter for 1h with 15s subs.

I split the channels and recombined as SHO. Stacking and background extraction was done in Siril. Then SPCC, splitting channels, recombining and the Xterminators in PixInsight. In Photoshop I put all the layers together and did final adjustments.

This time with more traditional SHO colors.

Thanks to Seti Astro's "What's in my image script" I could identify that little blue nebulosity in the lower right corner. I couldn't find it with the annotated image in PixInsight or Siril.

It's a planetary nebula PN G101.5-00.6

Beautiful image!

Help me see where the lion is?  is it the blue doggie in the lower right?

When I did this one centuries ago, I rotated it 180's and called it the Dumbledore Nebula, lol:
