New Sattelite Tracking Feature
Have you ever wanted to see the International Space Station (ISS) speeding across the sky? Now you can! With the latest feature added to the TTS-160 Panther Mount’s arsenal, you can track the ISS all while being able to see details like its solar panels and more. With the new firmware update for the TTS-160 Panther Mount, combined with the SkyTrack app, tracking satellites (like the ISS) has never been easier.
Here’s how you can start tracking the ISS in just three simple steps:
- Setup and align your Panther Mount as you would for any observation.
- Connect to SkyTrack through the ASCOM interface.
- Select the ISS in SkyTrack and hit “Start Tracking”!
It's that simple! You'll be able to observe the ISS and many other satellites as they soar across the sky, with your Panther Mount automatically keeping them in the centre of your eyepiece.

TTS-160 Panther Review
“The TTS-160 Panther carries the Bino as well as the other telescopes without problems and the tracking is precise and smooth. You have to learn the different types of handpad and the alignment procedure and then you have a mount that is very fast to set up…”
