Hi all,
I had a real nice imaging session yesterday.
In the beginning (10:05 UT) I took a video of the big filaprom on the east limb and caught a prom lift-off that came from behind the limb.
The whole area changed rapidly and the other prom there became much bigger and brighter.
I chose another image that was taken 29 minutes later.
Other than that, AR3879 made its last appearance near the west limb, AR3889 looked nice, and there was a very big filament near the center of the surface.
After 38 minutes of imaging, I replaced the camera with 1.25" diagonal and 32mm plossl, and saw all that beauty visually, just before the clouds covered it all.
TS 102mm f11 refractor, Daystar Quark + Lunt 40 etalon (DS), x0.5 reducer, ZWO ASI174MM.
