I'm relatively new to this hobby, having started during the summer of 2019. So far C/2023 A3 has been the most stunning comet. My wife and I had the pleasure of viewing it on October 20th at a dark site (SQM-L 21.70) and visually it was spectacular. It's hard to say if the 8x50 binos were better than naked eye since both were superb.
We took this image with my wife's iPhone at the dark site that describes it well.
From our light polluted back yard (SQM-L 17.90) with the ACL200/2400MC EAA kit it's also amazing. This is a 10° x 7° FOV.
