Time to say good bye to comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS). Wheater is very bad at the moment so ot could be my last photo of this commet. ASkar Fra 600, asi 2600mc, 43x60ss, pix, taken on the 6th of Nov

Nice! I shot my last frames Nov 8. I had to fight the clouds, so didn't get to shoot before it was lower on the horizon. Still good though, considering the distance.

 

With the moon getting brighter, I am saying bye for now, but when the moon wanes, I may take another look. I enjoy the chase, even if a spec. You should see my comet Wirtanen shots. Basically it looks like a small green star. Still worth it.

 

Tsuchinsan-Atlas, was my 7th comet. Now I need to get to processing. Trying Siril after not getting good results with DSS.

It had 6.5 on the 6 of Nov. Still looked beautifully, at least on photo :)

Yes, it's still bright comet.
Don't know what my total comet score is, probably around hundred now.

Man, you are Master of Comet smile.gif My first comet I saw in my life was Halley in 1986. Since that I have seen quite quite a few but definitelly less then 100.

Very impresive your comets photographies.
