This is more than just a calendar with pretty images!
Each month has popular targets listed by the date when they are highest in the sky, greatly aiding in planning your month of targets.
Full Moons and New Moons are listed each month by date.
The images in this calendar were captured from an
inner city location located a few miles north of Boston, MA USA
using an Orion Xt10g 10" Dobsonian telescope with an Alt/Azimuth mount.
The camera used was a ZWO 294 MC One Shot Color camera
with an assortment of light pollution filters.
The total budget for the equipment was under $3,500.00.
It is my hope that these images inspire more people to become involved in
this wonderful hobby and to demonstrate how decent results can be obtained
with only a modest investment.
