It’s not available on the Apple Store either.

Here's the Orbitrack website: https://southernstars.com/products/ It has a "Contact Us" option. Cheers.

Jeff, their last comment in their Facebook account was on April 2021.

Not everyone keeps their FB account up to date for any number of reasons. This link: https://southernstars.com/contact/ has a PO mailing address, email address and an online email contact form. If all of those were dead-ends then at that point I'd have to say you're out of luck. Cheers and good luck.

It seems like it might be AbandonWare now.  A few months ago the server for satellite data updates was not responding and hadn't been for a bit.  Recently that started working again at least.

I believe both on Apple and Google the app name "Orbitrack" has been taken over by another vendor providing what looks like asset tracking services.

At the moment it still works on my iPhone, but I presume its days are numbered.  Sadly there doesn't seem to be anything nearly as good available.

I do see an OrbTrack app on the Google Play Store. Note the difference in spelling; no "i" in OrbTrack. Publisher is Nikolai Apps. Might be worth a look. (I've never used either app.)

Description of OrbTrack:

"Allows you to discover where many of the objects above earth are at any time and place. Satellites, rocket bodies, debris, planets, the moon, the international space station, constellations, and some stars, can be viewed at the time and place of your choosing (past, present, and future). You can view actual position locations using your phone's camera, calculate coordinates and see them on a map, playback future/past position events, or even save the data to be used somewhere else. Does not require an internet connection to perform calculations and no personal data is ever stored outside of your device."

Cheers! Bob F.
