The pics show lots of dust and the accessories are low-end. I'd be hesitant/reluctant at that price and that distance.
So would I. That scope’s been rode hard and put away wet. Perhaps it would be worth a look at half the price as a fun fix-up project assuming the mirrors aren’t damaged.
