I have a Baader T-2 / 90° Astro Amici-Prism which fits my small (1.25") eyepieces. As this diagonal has a T2 coupling, is it possible to mount large (2") eyepieces on it with an adapter ?

Purchasing a 2" Baader Amici is rather expensive and I hate mirror image (rendered by a 'standard' mirror diagonal) on my ED refractor.

Yes it works fine. I put a 2" clicklock clamp on the diagonal as eyepiece holder, and am using 22 Nagler T4 and 26 Q70 with good effect.

It works just fine, as long as the field stop of the eyepiece isn't much larger than the rear aperture of the prism. A small bit larger won't hurt, but if it's much larger, the field of view will be obviously stopped down and quite badly vignetted.

It says the clear aperture is 31mm. The 22T4 referenced has something like a 31.5mm field stop. So yeah something like that will be fine, but forget a 31 Nagler.

I also use a T2 diagonal w/2” eyepieces.  Nagler 22 and Ethos 17.  It works with the other shorter FL Ethos as well with field stops less than the clear aperture of the diagonal.  There are a few different T2 diagonals and they have various clear apertures so check the PDF on the Baader website to be sure.
