Just wondering how everyone deals with the transition from Canon .CR2 files to .CR3. It seems that most current Astro processing software is not happy working with this format.

I'm using Siril 1.2.5 and it works with both formats just fine for me. Cheers.

The LibRaw library is happy with .CR3 and so any apps built using LibRaw should have no trouble.
