Really dumb questiono. I just got an old harness but I can't figure out how to use it for the life of me. For the 2 buckles in the red circles, where are they supposed to go? I feel like there're 2 stripes coming out from the bino holder for the buckles, but there's not. Is the harness missing piece? Also what's the smaller strip with buckles in the second pic?IMG_7791.jpg
