Most heavy duty tripods as Losmandy for example are in the height range of 85cm, I am looking for a shorter tripod in the range of 60cm and just over!? Any suggestions?

Many thanks for your inputs!

Many thanks to everybody, I was a fool, I already knew Berlebach because I own the standard size Planet model and was not aware they did the short versions!!

70cm https://www.berlebac...=details&id=512

Spreading the legs a little further will make it lower (15 minutes work with a drill).

Berlebach Uni 8 tripod has a load capacity of 60kg and a minimum height of 60cm.  I have one and like it - particularly the relatively small amount of floor space it takes up.
