I want to use SharpCap to control my ZWO AM5. I've installed the latest versions of ASCOM, the ZWO ASCOM driver, and SharpCap. I can connect to the mount through SharpCap, and the goto function on the mount works, but the slewing arrows in SharpCap do not move the mount, not matter what I do.

Any suggestions?

What slew rate do you have it set to?

I've tried various slew rates, up to 32x

A slew rate of 32x is still very slow. Just try 2 deg/sec or more to really see it move.

I thought that might be the issue!

It was probably slewing, but at a guiding rate.

Snails pace.

Glad you got it.

I was going to suggest the SharpCap Forums.

But it is nice ForeverNewbie got you working.
