Greetings all!

 

Just posted a video on the Apertura CarbonStar 150 with some easy DIY improvements to boost the performance.  It's followed by a "first light" test out in the Badlands of South Dakota using night vision!

Why don’t you post in the main thread?  I must say, vacuuming the primary scared my donkey.

Well, the test was done with NV so...  But ok, I'll post it over there, too.

BTW: I never touch the primary mirror. It may have looked like that in the video shocked.gif  I prefer it to a brush or anything else as the mirror is never touched.
